Delivery

The price you see is the price you pay for delivery to your door!

Despatch Time & Delivery Time:

Our goal is for your order to be delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible and we aim to despatch all orders from our on-site UK warehouse within two business days. However, for some items from our external UK warehouses please allow up to three business days for despatch.

The estimated number of days for delivery is shown to you at the checkout page when you select your Delivery Method from the drop down menu. Should you wish to opt for a quicker delivery service after despatch please choose the Parcelforce 24hr delivery option at time of checkout, if it is available from the Delivery Method drop down menu. NOTE: Some items are shipped via Parcelforce 24hr by default.

The typical delivery time within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland is one to three business days after despatch depending on the delivery service used.

Please purchase your item and ensure the Parcelforce 24hr delivery option has been selected and we will do the rest as we always give priority for orders placed from our website. Alternately please call us on 01621 851988 to make us aware of your requirements so we can do our best for you.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you confirmation of shipping via email.

Orders despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 2/3 Day and Parcelforce 24hr are traceable throughout transit. For your convenience and peace of mind we email you the tracking number for your consignment should you wish to track the status of delivery online. The tracking number will be provided to you in the despatch email once your order has left our warehouse.

To track Royal Mail Tracked 2/3 Day deliveries please visit the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com and for Parcelforce deliveries please visit the Parcelforce website at www.parcelforce.com.

Please be aware that we are obliged to pay VAT on Royal Mail and Parcelforce services.

"Non-UK Mainland" Delivery Addresses:

If you are having your purchase delivered to a Non-UK Mainland address i.e Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland etc.. please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery. We reserve the right to despatch via an alternate delivery service as stated to a Non-UK Mainland address, regardless of what delivery service you have chosen at time of checkout and payment. The typical delivery time to Non-UK Mainland is 1-5 business days depending on delivery serviced used.

Useful Information:

If you have not received your order within seven working days, we advise you to track delivery online for the latest information or to contact your local delivery office before contacting us because, in our experience, the item(s) more often than not will be there.

99% of items are sent tracked delivery and customers will be notified of the tracking number for their reference once the order has been despatched. If an order is returned to us (Return To Sender) for reasons beyond our control we will notify the customer to arrange despatch for the second time and we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of re-sending.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS CHOOSING TO PAY VIA PAYPAL:

  • We can only despatch orders to the delivery address stated in the paypal payment.
  • Should you wish for the order to be delivered to a different address you have the option to add/remove/edit a delivery address at anytime from within your paypal account and also at the final stages of the paypal payment.
  • Should we receive a request to ship to a delivery address which differs from that on the paypal payment we will notify you, cancel and refund the original payment and ask you to make a new payment with the correct delivery address chosen.
  • Please appreciate that the above requirements form part of the paypal terms and conditions to ensure both customer and merchant protection.
