Q1: Want to collect your purchase in-store?

A1: No problem, please call 01621 851988 first as we need to ensure in-store stock availability. If you collect in-store we will give you 10% off the total price!

Q3: Where is my order?

A3: We will send you a despatch notification email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number for delivery so please use this to trace delivery on the courier?s website.

Q4: How long is the delivery time?

A4: Our typical delivery time from placement of order to delivery is three to four business days for standard, and one or two business days for express delivery.

Q5: I want to return my order, what do I do?

A5: No problem, simply return within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. See our returns policy here.
